If any pet shows signs of illness or disease, we reserve the right not to accept your pet for boarding.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, appropriate vaccination certificates are required. Up to date vaccinations for VHD/RHD (VHD 1 & 2) and myxomatosis are required for all rabbits. Most veterinary surgeries are now administering the combined vaccine.
Please bring vaccination certificates or vets proof of vaccinations on arrival. Please note, we cannot accept rabbits for boarding that have not been vaccinated.
We will not be held responsible for any illness such as, but not limited to, myxomatosis, viral haemorrhage disease (VHD 1 / VHD 2), flystrike, mites or any other diseases.
We carry out frequent bottom checks and ensure that all rabbits are kept clean, however we will not be held liable in the unfortunate event that your rabbit becomes a victim of flystrike.
Should your pet become unwell whilst boarding with us we will seek advice from our local vet at a cost to you, and any veterinary fees which occur on your behalf will be payable by you on your return.
In the unlikely event of a death occurring whilst your pet is boarding with us, we will notify you as soon as possible so that we can arrange for your final wishes. We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst boarding with us.
All pets are left entirely at their owners risk.
